Oval lab created blue sapphires dangle from these diamond drops suspended on lever back earrings in 14k white gold. The earrings are mounted on decorative lever backs, also 14k white gold. Including the backs they measure about 32mm or 1 1/4 inches. Just the dangle portion measures about 17mm or 11/16 inches. Lab created gemstones are structurally and chemically identical to their mined counterparts, and typically very clean and saturated color.
