A beautiful large oval blue sapphire is set in the center of this vintage style cocktail ring in 14k white gold with diamonds. The sapphire is set with double prongs and set off by diamond panels edges with cutouts. Vintage style milgrain beading lines the edges. The ring has a European shank to help stabilize it and the top measures about 13mm at the widest point.
